The repair failed! I have a notification saying please confirm whether the firmware matches your device model - I have checked so many times to make sure this is correct and it is indeed completely correct so this to me is clearly a scam. On their YouTube channel they are quite deceiving as they don’t show some steps that you will come across for example it will download and halfway through it will ask for payment - but this only happens once you have waited such a long time in the download process. My iPhone would not go to the home screen so I thought I would use this app to fix it.
